Camp is October 9-12, 2026 at Mendocino Woodlands Camp Three.
Camp may fill quickly – join our googlegroup for updates and reg-opening announcement (reg opens May 20, 2026). If more than our maximum register by May 26 (it has happened), we will use a lottery and add additional folks to the wait list. Anyone registering after May 26 – we will update you.

How Much Does Camp Cost?
Our Samhain Retreat aims to be an affordable, do-it-ourselves camp. By creating the magical culture of the camp together, we can keep costs low. We need to cover fixed per-person site and food costs, but our goal is to make camp financially accessible to all.
Earlybird reg by May 31 saves $50!
Adults 31-up: $325-600 ($275-600 through May 31)
Youth 18-30: $199-399 ($149-399 through May 31)
Your payment includes accommodations (shared A-frame tent-cabin, or bring your own tent if you want privacy), meals from dinner on the night we arrive to breakfast on the day we depart, and all camp activities. The only other expenses are travel and optional fundraisers such as a funk trunk and silent auction at camp.

Please donate as generously as you can – your contribution supports our scholarship fund and camp diversity!
When you are admitted to camp, we will collect a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your place.
Full payment required by August 31 unless other arrangements are made. Please do not pay at camp unless you have made advance arrangements – we can’t handle money at camp.

Costs and Cancellation Policy
$100 deposit is nonrefundable, and will be used to pay advance camp fees. If you cancel before August 31, we will refund all payments above your $100 per person deposit. We may not be able to offer refunds after that date. Any non-refunded amount becomes a tax-deductible donation.
No-shows are a strict no-refund policy, due to money having been paid in advance for food and accommodations. If you had an emergency, contact us after camp to discuss a refund.
