Registration is now open for our Samhain Camp. This year’s camp will probably fill up (40 campers). Your registration and deposit secure your space at our retreat, and helps put our camp organizing on solid footing!
Earlybird discount available thru July 15! Save $30-50 on our already low sliding scale!
(In event you register and camp cannot be held, all funds will be returned.)

How Much Does Camp Cost?
Our Samhain Retreat aims to be an affordable, do-it-ourselves camp. By creating the magical culture of the camp together, we can keep costs low.
Earlybird reg by July 15 saves $30-50!
Adults 31-up: $249-500 ($199-500 through July 15)
Youth ages 18-30: $149-300 ($119-300 through July 15)

Your payment includes accommodations (shared A-frame tent-cabin, or bring your own tent), meals from dinner on the night we arrive to breakfast on the day we depart, and all camp activities. The only other expenses are travel and optional fundraisers such as a funk trunk and silent auction at camp.
Some partial scholarships are available – email us for more info.
Please donate as generously as you can – your contribution supports our scholarship fund and camp diversity!
Deposit of $100 reserves your space. Your $100 deposit is nonrefundable – see below for details.
Full payment required by August 31 unless other arrangements are made. There is no bank branch at the Woodlands – please do not try to pay at camp unless you have made advance arrangements.

Costs and Cancellation Policy
$100 deposit is nonrefundable, and will be used to pay advance camp fees. If you cancel before August 31, we will refund all payments above your $100 per person deposit. We may not be able to offer refunds after that date. Any non-refunded amount becomes a tax-deductible donation.
No-shows are a strict no-refund policy, due to money having been paid in advance for food and accommodations.
